She's fine with reading 50 shades of grey, but won't let you play God of War?

Uh, what's wrong with that picture? A book that graphically depicts raunchy sexual acts (and is geared towards women, I swear the author of those books is trying to make women into a bunch of filthy whores), or an action game that is awesome and rules like God of War?

I'm tired of being objectified in videogames. Not all men are 8 foot tall buildings made of muscle. Screw videogames.

Also God of War is pretty mild compared to the source material. You had castration, cannibalism, rape, betsiality, you name it.

Agreed with this. There is definitely something else bothering her, which made her overreact to your game. Who knows, maybe reading 50 Shades of Grey actually did something to her and now she feels super objectified and insecure. If this is new behavior from her, then it's likely that something very recently has come over her.

It doesnt look like he's asking for an opposing argument. He's just sharing a story that others may find interesting. If the OP does want something from us, I would assume it's for us to relate a similar story.
