Which phone would you get?

Nokia lumia 620 5 35.71%

nexus 4 5 35.71%

other 4 28.57%

Total:14

Not everyone needs phablets... resolution could be better, a little bit higher, the front facing camera is a plus.

I'm buying this phone for me mum too :P /But waiting to see the 520, 720 or anything else.

Mentioning Lumia 620 in the same sentence as the Nexus 4 is a crime. The only thing that will be better is the battery life.

Engadget went nuts over the 620 on their mobile podcast it the other day...said itll easily be on the top 10 best smartphones list.

A 800X480 3.8 inch screen won't be anyones top ten smartphones list if it is not Apple. I really dislike the physical appearance also but I guess it differs from person to person.

For the price performance will be superb of course. You can't get a krait at that price anywhere else. I am considering one for my mother.

Yeah on strict technical terms it isn't very impressive. However if you look at how everything comes together and at what price, I do think its amazing. Engadget was praising the design as much as they were talking about the price. They were also saying how Windows Phone 8 makes much more sense on lower end devices like this than higher end ones lol...

Ill probably get this for my dad for his birthday if they get them to Canada for cheap. Finally get thim to let go of his Palm Treo 750 lol.

I agree with  that, given the power efficiency of WP8. I'd never consider a low end Android device over this, even though I like the software much more.  The requirement of Snapdragon S4 minimum is good for the customer.

It is the perfect device for the elderly indeed :).

I would go for the Nexus 4.

Instant updates from Google, thousands of more apps in the app store and it's a pretty powerful little beast.

The Nexus 4 seems like quite a nice phone. I would go for that.

I don't know if the Omnia W(or Focus Flash) is still available where you live, but it's quite a nice phone, specially considering the price i payed for it. Super Amoled Screen, 1.4GHz processor, front facing camera and LED flash for the 5MP camera on the back. It runs WP7.5, though, so i don't know if that would be the quite of upgrade you want.

Microsoft kin onem and twom are the shizz.

They're touch screen with slide keyboard. Fancy camera. The best part! Don't need Internet package!! Works on wi fi so you save hella doe!! I live my to death. And I program iPhones :)

You can't really beat the Nexus 4 for that price. The Lumia 620 is a solid phone too, though, so, if you don't mind the limited WP8 app selection, you really can't go wrong with either phone.
