something between 200 and 250k, 600 LTD

Close to 300k, worst case scenario is around 200k.

Final Ultimate Legendary Earth Power Super Max Justice Future Miracle Dream Beautiful Galaxy Big Bang Little Bang Sunrise Starlight Infinite Fabulous Totally Final Wonderful Arrow...FIRE! - Wonder-Red (The Wonderful101)

pre orders show week ending jan 19th are 90k, im guessin this past week pre order were off the chartz maybe add another 40k? So around maybe 150k pre order will sell 180k? And the bundled 3DS will probably sell 10k! So 190k all together? Maybe more!

If the pre-orders chart are to be believed, then anyone who said under 100k are crazy.

Those pre-order charts are awful for tracking JRPGs or niche genres, there's an ioi post somewhere explaining why. We were tracking Persona 4 Golden at about ~ 110k, then we had FW sales of ~ 90k, then that got adjusted down again to 47k after NPD.

So basically, I wouldn't base ANY calculations off those pre-order charts. They overtrack Japanese games by quite a lot.

To the people predicting 250k+, you all believe this is going to outsell the DS & Wii's versions of Fire Emblem's lifetime sales in its first week?

The bundle will help, I'm sure (it's a lovely bundle) and the reviews will help even more, but still. If it does sell in that region FW, props to it, it'll be the best performing Fire Emblem game in first week sales ever. I voted 140k-160k, and I think that's probably a bit optimistic.

I'll happily be wrong though. If it's as good as the reviews are making it out to be, then it deserves to do well.

The reason I think it will outsell the other versions is because Nintendo has made this specific ones' presence much more obvious than the others.

at least we all kno this will be the most popular in the series!

I'm thinking around 175k.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

People are expecting 250k + for launch week in the US? Good God....

Well, folks. I hope I'm wrong. I predicted 100-120k, and it's only that high because of the bundle.
