Forums - Sony - PS Plus Will Carry Over To The PS4, "Here To Stay"

There's one thing that I'm surprised hasn't been brought up about PS+ next gen, game sizes. Obviously it's a natural assumption that PS4/Orbis games will be larger than PS3 games on average. I dread to think what that means for download times. I DL'd Darksiders the other day (10 GB) and it basically took all night and most of the morning to complete.

Proudest Platinums:
1. Gran Turismo 5
2. Persona 4 Arena
3. Wipeout HD
4. Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2
5. Super Street Fighter 4

What will Sony offer to Plus subscribers on PS4 early days, if there is no backwards compatibility ?

Everytime I think about this. I have no doubts PS4 will feature BC.

I think there will also be crosschat and maybe some movies and music.

Amen!!

Yay!!!

Unsure how this would work at first. Due to a small software library as a new console it will be interesting to see what they offer on the ps4

Uhh the thousands of games that are currently on the PSN? New releases will probably be put online, and not to mention Gaikai could be apart on the PSN and offer all PSX, PS2, PS3 games for a price.

AWWW YEAH! I wonder what they'll be able to offer in the 1st few months.

I make videos that are sometimes funny I think?

it did'nt take me that long. it only took me a few hours, give are take.

not that i really doubted but still good to hear them say. i still think it's open to interpretation on when it comes to ps4. vita didn't have plus right away. somehow i think it may be six months into it's lifecycle before ps4 has it too.
