Ask again in 70 years. Compare the number of "Who is X??" responses you get.

Good thing you have faith that i'll even been here in 2083!

In all seriousness, my opinion - probably not. But then that makes sense, Hitler was responsible for deaths in the millions, while Bin Laden, not so much.

If we're going by number of deaths, I'm pretty sure Stalin trumps these two combined. Granted, you can't pin all of WWII on Stalin.

what makes you think Stalin killed more?

i always knew that Mario and Luigi's secret brother from another mother was was evil but do you really think he exceeded Hitler?

I know that he sent his own troops into mine fields and the whole Gulag thing but idk

but what makes you think he killed more than Hitler?

just curious..

Hell no.  In a generation or two 9/11 will probably be briefly mentioned in US history books... and never mentioned anywhere else in the world outside of some college geopolicitcal classes.

To be Hitler, you need to do some horrifying ass shit, have the right look AND do it at the absolute right time, cause there have been worse monsters then Hitler, but they never reached Hitler status.

@bold like who?

There really isn't much comparison to the biggest three mass murderers in the history of mankind.

who is "Mao"?

Hitler did more than just kill people. He also turned Germany from economic depression to a super power... for a short period.

I guess a better question would have been: "Can Bin Laden reach Hitler's status"? Though again, the answer is: probably not.

Only if he comes back as some sort of zombie/lich warlord that takes over a nation and starts a giant world war of human vs undead.

Wasn't Mao responsible for more deaths? Why do you put Stalin ahead?

If you count the entire "Great Leap Forward" but a big part of that was failed social policy resulting in mass starvation, rather than directly rounding people up and "removing" them.

No. Hitler is on par with Vlad the impaler and other monsters of history. Maybe Saddam could reach that level. At least more than bin laden.

Hitler did not hide in a cage for @ decade.

Vlad the Impaler is actually a hero in a lot of countries.  Vlad the Imapler was an invaluable bulwark vs Ottoman invasion.

Mao ZeDong.

not even close and thats a fact. Think about how unconnected the world was back then no internet little communication compared to now and look how widespread hitlers name is. nowadays news travels around the world in seconds and osama is mostly passionately hated by Americans. I mean others hate him aswell but hitler takes the cake.

Not even close.
