Tearaway, made by Media Molecule themselves the creators of LittleBigPlanet is a papercraft 3D platform adventure game that is specializing on the most interesting ways to utilize Vita's controls. Things like poking your finger up through the paper ground to defeat enemies and solve puzzles, blowing on the screen to create wind, tapping on the back to catapult your character off of drums, to yelling to attack with a megaphone weapon and more. You can unlock papercraft instructions to print out and create in real life, you can even take pictures to change their skin in game or out of game.
