Yes but Bioshock Vita has been announced, too. So has Resident Evil Portable or The Elder Scrolls Portable. Or Monster Hunter Vita. Announcements mean jack shit, especially formal announcements without any gameplay footage.

It has been announced that at some point they will do Bioshock on the Vita, FFX HD was a proper announcement, it was by Squeenix though
