Well the "best" ending is that platinum buys the IP, since 500k and below is fairly affordable for an IP and Platinum should be able to afford it. (With financing) Then approach the big three and get them to help finance a new US studio that will focus on make games for that publisher and staff it with what they can get of the Vigil employees and other talent.
