Shale oil is the kind best suited for unpopulated areas from what I hear. Virtually every country may be sitting on this stuff.

but is it vegan? i only use oil that came from plants, i refuse to exploit any kind of animal dead or alive!

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

- George Orwell, ‘1984’

I doubt this'll end all too well for Australia... (And I'm not talking about war.)

Here come trouble..

Why's that?  Not from America.  U.S.A. loves Australia, Australia loves U.S.A., this will only serve to strengthen any strategic friendship between the two governments.  Where else would trouble come from other than the West?

I mean from environmentalists.

Yay!!!

Well hopefully this means we can get cheaper fuel in New Zealand, seen as we are so close.
