Yeah i have seen gfx like this before too.. On PC!!, unless you care to show me some JRPG's on the PS3 or that with such a huge scale and GFX like this??, also remember this game is still very early in development and still looks this good.

But still dude people can keep trying to downplay how good it looks all they want cos as a 360 and Ps3 owner i know both of them consoles dont have a JRPG of this scale and looking this good.

But you realize that you are comparing this game on a 2012 Wii U to other JRPG's that are on 05/06 consoles? That's why I'm saying it's not super impressive. Just because I say it's not impressive doesn't mean it doesn't look good because it looks amazing.

is there a JRPG that looks better than this on the 360 or PS3?  I'm genuinely asking because I can't think of a stellar title outside of FF13, which I thought looked fantastic.

yup way over hyping, looks at read dead redemption on 360 trailer, its has a huge  scale, better detail and better lighting, can nintendo fans please explain why this is so impressive from a techincal point of view, yes if you comprare to rpgs it looks very impressive but there are hardly any that looked amazing this gen.

Hope that's not referring to me. I'm genuine in my indifference towards this game and confusion at the insane hype in this thread. There are some very pretty shots though, like that one at the end with the transformer(?) flying off the cliff edge

Xenoblade was real time.  You didn't take turns attacking.   By the looks of the new game, it too will be real time action.

xenoblade is an action RPG, it has free movement.

To be fair, I see a lot of other console fans praising this game right now... pezus seems like he's enjoying it. And damn, even turkish made a pro-Nintendo thread!

Errr this looks better then most if not all current gen games and if Xenoblade is to go by will have a huge scale which only RDR and GTA come close to and it's in game by the looks of it. Look at the graphical achievement in games like RDR and GTA and then look at the graphical detail in this with it's scale the's no current gen game in tha same ball park. This is what people were expecting from the likes of FFXIII and such, that's why he says it looks next genish.
