Microsoft bought a company years ago for $4billion i think, And it didn't work out the way they thought it would be.

microsoft invested in apple, when it was struggling because steve jobs and bill gates were friends at that time, its that simple.

microsoft baught 25% of apple. If you owned .3% of apple you would be pretty darn rich. Now microsoft gets 25% of apples proffits.

Lawsuits.

Windows argueably violated a lot of Apple patents.  By ivnesting int he company, Apple dropped the Lawsuits.
