I don't know how this leads you to that conclusion. Beyond that, we have no idea if this investment would be a bad thing. Frankly, their latest buyouts (small studios, Skype) have been pluses in my book, so lets see where this goes first.

Microsoft bought a company years ago for $4billion i think, And it didn't work out the way they thought it would be.
