I wouldn't do it, most likely. I couldn't bear to see all of my friends and loved ones die off and then have to spend 75-100 years living without them.

I think you become impotent after a certain age anyway. So there really is no point of your manhood when you are very old anyway.

I think your question should have been whether one would want to live another 100 years with the body of an old person with all forms of disease, disabilities and other inconveniences. Or would you just rather prefer to die naturally.

Neutered dogs live longer but where is the excitement in having no balls?  Actually, I believe it is animals that don't have offspring that live longer.  Offspring cause a lot of stress and you die sooner.
