Golf is also an acceptable answer. I love the golf game in Wii Sports. |
Yes. This. If Wii Sports Golf had more than nine holes (maybe just a full 18, damn you Nintendo!) it would have been the greatest thing since sliced bread. As is I have friends come over to play a round of golf with me (all of them are golfers irl too). The target/range practice is very good for a competitive feature also, I think a lot of people miss out on that unless they've been range rats in a prior incarnation.

On second thought, maybe we should just stick to the classic:

Yep, golf was definitely the game that had my friends lining up when they came over. Bowling was just too easy and when the scores ended up being 280-282, it got boring.
A full-featured golf game by Nintendo along the lines of the 9 hole Wii Sports game would get me to buy another Wii tomorrow.

Are you kidding me? I love the golf portion of Wii Sports. Boxing, on the other hand, is seriously broken. It's terrible after the fifth or sixth match when you realize that spazzing out is the best way to win. |
Me and my friends could never figure out how to putt correctly. It would always either recognize our swings as being far too powerful, or else it wouldn't recognize them at all.
For the other aspects of golf, they were fun, but I found that swinging the Wiimote as if you were actually golfing never really worked.
I can't believe the number of people that cannot fathom Wii Boxing... it is certainly the best controlled one for me... "Spazzing out" gets you no-where.

@Leo-j
1. What colour are the sync buttons on the remotes.
2. what colour is the female port for the sensor bar.
3. Descibe the method for "temporary syncronisation" of Wii remotes, as stated in the instructions.

So.... what was the exact point of this thread anyways? To say he had a Wii?
Any pics Leo?
