Actually, I started lurking this site around 2007, but only got the courage to join a year later (also, 2007 had a series of "bad" months when it came to threads and flame wars).

i've been lurking this site since the start! i remember the whole history of this site as well as the influential users back then.

I dont think the quality has gone down too much. Just the same silly discussions keep cropping up that do not matter so much now as they did then

I miss Darth posting awesome threads about his dog and CGI raving up the hype meter for Heavy Rain :(

All I remember from old days is Selnor stirring the pot at every opportunity. I know the layout changed but I cannot remember how it was anymore. =/
