I skipped all JRPG this generation, but can't wait for this game.

Souls games i played of course, but they aren't JRPG for my standards.
and tales of vesperia maily because wasn't ported for ps3 international.

I know my personal preference as always add +3 to any JRPG score, so for me this game is a no brainer.

Not really surprised, the game looked great ever since I saw the trailers months ago. Its nice to hear that the western critics are treating the game well, however I'm curious how other places will rate the game. IGN tends to be a bit more lenient when it comes to scoring things.

The PS3 IS the console choice of JRPG's..

 

JRPG's have sold the best on PS3 despite it being the highest priced console..

If a JRPG released on PS3, 360 and Wii on the same day then the PS3 version will have sold the most..
