My #30 is Casablanca, one of the most romantic movies ever made. Because Casablanca has achieved legendary status, it's difficult to peel back the layers of accolades to get to the actual celluloid. But once you do get beyond the legend of Casablanca, you can appreciate it for what it is: suspenseful, dramatic, hopelessly romantic. The screenplay is arguably the best ever written, the performances -- especially by Claude Rains -- are terrific, and the music is a masterstroke. No one sings "As Time Goes By" like Dooley Wilson. A timeless classic.

Tsubasa Ozora

Keiner kann ihn bremsen, keiner macht ihm was vor. Immer der richtige Schuss, immer zur richtigen Zeit. Superfussball, Fairer Fussball. Er ist unser Torschützenkönig und Held.

next film is about a man who lived the life of Jesus Christ as an ordinary man.

My #29 is M, a dark, sinister movie by German director Fritz Lang. Later in his life, Lang announced that M was his favorite of his own films. And it's easy to see why. Although it deals with disturbing subject matter -- the abduction and murder of children -- the movie is brilliantly staged and mesmerizing in its own twisted way. M was Lang's first sound movie, but he was wise to use dialogue sparingly. More often Lang lets his images do the talking: the fleshy, guilty face of Peter Lorre, who was made famous by his leading role; the cold, hard stares of vigilantes; the dimly lit, smoke-filled meeting rooms of policemen and criminals alike. Part thriller, part police procedural, and part social commentary, M was a major achievement for Lang and for German cinema.

Hint for #28:

This movie won 8 Oscars. It features a very famous scene in the backseat of a car.

I'm not 100% sure on this one since I only watched the movie once but I'm guessing its "On the Waterfront".  And the scene in question is Brandos I've could have been a contender speech.
