My issue, as previously discussed, is that it seems to lean one way more than the other, although torillian made a good point to the contrary (and i myself am playing two good points to the contrary: Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge and Arkham City: Armored Edition).

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

If it seemed like the flow was more equitable, i would have less of a problem with it |
Why do you think that is? Its not 3rd parties fault that Ninty decided to make an overclocked GC, and send it to markey while the other two, were making uber HD machines. Common sense would tell you that the Wii simply wasnt going to get alot of games simply becasue it just couldnt handle them, and dont say they could have made their own versions, because for the most part thats exactly what they did. Now that Ninty has systems that have no problem running the games they couldnt for years, you are starting to see some of them crop up, so i dont see what your issue is.

Well, I mean, in the publisher's defense, isn't that logical? The Wii couldn't run a lot of what could run on the PS3/360, but the PS3/360 could run everything that appeared on the Wii. That the Wii hardware was the odd-man-out wasn't the developer's fault.
The Wii U is a different story, of course, but it's also a different situation. It just probably isn't worth the cost or time to port a PS3/360 game to the Wii U when the installed base is a tiny fraction of the size. How many Wii U owners also own a PS3/360? I bet it's a high amount, which means it would be a major redundency for little return. I can't blame them for that.
No, as a next gen device, the Wii U should be judged on whether or not it's getting -next gen- multi-plats, not PS3/360 games. If that turns out to the be the case, then I would be interested in knowing why. Until then, the current situation just seems logical to me.

The game was good, if they are actually making a new one, I hope it expands RE:R universe a bit.

Its all about making more money, if they think its not going 2 sell a heap there going 2 spread it out over other systems 2 boost it up.
Still lots of Wii console exclusives left.
Highly rated ones that I can see:
Boom Blox
Tatsunko vs Capcom (Though I'm sure if Capcom had the license longer or it sold more on other systems it would have not been Wii only)
Madworld
A Boy and his Blob
Trauma Team games
Handheld? Dunno. The thing with RE is it's a better seller on consoles I have a feeling that was Capcom's intention in the long run to get more sales.
You guys still have Bayonetta 2 which people will be whining about for months, nay, years.
It's just that simple.
Its disappointing when they are willing to port RE:Revalations over but not bring RE6 to Wii U!

That's all well and good, but what about now that Nintendo has the Wii U, which is much much closer in power to the other HD consoles? Yet third parties are still for the most part leaving Nintendo high and dry. The power gap thing I always felt was an excuse. If they can put some of these third party games on the freaking iphone, they could have put them on Wii.
The REAL reason Nintendo gets no support is because these developers are afraid to compete with Nintendo games, which tells you a little something about their quality right there, kinda shows the sad state the industry is in..
