According to this article NG3:RE will not be rated by the USK and thus not released in Germany. While this alone might not be important enough for a thread, the possible consequences are: As Nintendo Europe's HQ and servers are stationed in Germany you probably won't be able to buy the game via e-shop. What do you think?

Do you refer to the rating or the e-shop? Nintendo can't do shit about the rating, but they have to get the servers out of Germany.
