Depends, Both games haven't even budged a price drop, simply amazing!

I think we can all agree on both games passing 30mil no? Especially the DS one!

As for the question I'll say no for now!

It will difficult for both to pass that mark...

I don't see why not.

NSMB will pass it by this years end. It needs a mil, Still at full price they have to drop it soon, Its over 6 years old!

If Nintendo drops down the price for both then it will sure happen and it's Mario.I better not underestimate the NSMB games.

I think it is not a Nintendo Select because it still sells so well. Also, that red cover art basically screams Nintendo Select, even though it's not officially included^^

But they should add it,because it would help to sell more NSMBWii copies.

For both Titles if they drop the price significantly they both will sell aroud 2mil just in the holidays! Look at NSMB (DS) this holiday it sold around a mil. Half that price and Nintendo will get tons of sales guaranteed!

Both of them are still full price so it depends if either of them gets a price cut. NSMB has been full price for 7 years. That must be some kind of record for a game?

There's virtually no chance of NSMB Wii surpassing NSMB DS. Here's a look at the numbers.

NSMB DS has a 2.44 million lead on NSMB Wii.

In 2012, NSMB Wii sold 1.9 million, and NSMB DS sold 1.1 million.

NSMB Wii's sales have been as follows. 2009: 10 million, 2010: 10 million, 2011: 3.7 million and 2012: 1.9 million. If 2013 is half of 2012, and 2014 is half of 2013, then NSMB Wii is going to sell roughly 2 million more through its life. It's going to need to do very well to sell more than 2.5 million more. But that isn't enough, because NSMB DS is likely to sell at least a million more. That means NSMB Wii would have to sell at least 3.5 million more, which simply isn't going to happen.
