I can't say in person because i never travelled to these countries, but judging from internet users i've met online, the most arrogant people BY FAAAAAAAR are without a doubt the Dutch, Canadians and Scandinavians. Especially when US is brought up into discussion, they like to turn on their 'holier than thou' attitude because their countries allow queers to get married and like to get bitch slapped by spoiled minorities. 'Oh look how liberal and open minded we are, we have zero culture and national pride left in our society, yay!
