I broke my finger a few weeks ago and finally got it straitened out on Wednesday.  It is my right index finger, so needless to say, I can't do much.  Has anyone else had an injury that prevented them from gaming?

I once broke my left ring finger (is st also called like that in english? In case it's not: 2nd finger from the left on the left hand) while playing BADMINTON. Didn't prevent me from gaming too much^^

Nope, never broken a bone. So you had a broken finger for 3 weeks and just now got it fixed?

I broke my hand on the day the PS Vita came out. I was supposed to go round my friend's house and play it so I downplayed the injury, had a very awkward and painful 2 hour session of Uncharted: Golden Abyss and then I went to hospital.

Wow, that's some dedication there. 

i once broke my pinkie, had to get a cast for the whole hand... now that was fun.

I never broke anything... and I´m doing sports haha

Lucky you. I'd like to say that I wouldn't count my badminton accident, but if you manage to be as stupid as I was then you simply can't do that. I mean, who else would jump after a ball and LAND ON HIS HAND? Judo+Wrestling for 11 years and I manage to break my hand while playing badminton...-_-

I still insist that his head went to my knee and after he was down I did not step on his hand on purpose... I'm sure he couldn't game for a while..

Very painful. I broke my right index finger in 8th grade (I was 13 I think).

Not a very fun day.
