What the hell are you talking about, installation process is not slow, it comes with build in wifi unlike 360 u have to buy the stupid dongle. HD cable? u mean HDMI u can get for 5 bucks or use the one u have from ur 360? Miss ur 360? no one told u to sell it since you got ur PS3 for "xmas", and free games were NOT your taste? You do realize PS3 games = 360 games + PS exclusive right? Other than Gears and Halo, PS3 plays everything your 360 does plus all the exclusives. Which means your taste = Halo + Gears (oh yah u have a PC right). Oh yah collecting dust, that's right, at least it's not collecting money while collecting dust as you have Xbox Live where u pay to get online to watch netflix that u already paid for.

slow installation process? no its not slow but downloading games is slow
no HD cords- if you meant hdmi- you could have used the same one that your xbox uses or you could have bought a $10-$15 hdmi cord
missed my xbox 360- you have opinion and you have the right
the free games weren't in my taste- practically everyone has different tastes
really messy dashboard- this is questionable because i can find stuff on the xmb faster than the xbox 360 dashboard. it is not that messy. xbox is messy with ads.

Uncharted 1 and 2 are a definite. Infamous is worth a try.
Heavy Rain is a game you should definitely consider. It's a unique experience, to say the least.

setting up my PS3 was super easy
HDMI + AC adapter + sync controller = Gametime.

OT: PSN+ is the best value subscription in gaming right now. I might consider getting it for my two Vitas.

I guess you still live in 2009 the 360 has build in Wifi since the 360 S model.
