It just makes me sad that the Dark Souls 2 petition has more signatures than the original Operation Rainfall petition.

For us, there is no big deal.  I do not care if those games comes out for WiiU.  But from a capitalist view, there is no gain in puting money to develop those games for WiiU.  The gamers who likes those games will buy them on their PS3, Xbox or PC because they are not living solely on their WiiU for sure.

What number range would you attach a decent amount to?  I use the word decent a lot.  To me the word decent is better than average (pretty good).

Valid Point, Most Gamers will buy this(if it did release for Nintendo) for the xbox or ps because of the user base as of now! Its still to early to judge but nintendo sold only 1.4mil this past week! Developers will make money off other systems and probably wont get alot on wii u!
However COD BLOPS2 is doind decent and probably do a little better and IMO Gta5 will probably get an extra mil if sold on wii u because by the time it releases will most likely have at least 5mil userbase!
It will be good if nintendo has all the multiplat games but what you say is true and some developers dont want to take that chance with low sales!

Keep in mind xbox and ps3 have over 70mil units while wiiU has a little over 1mil

That depends on the item in question. A decent amount of M&Ms is different than a decent amount of oranges. Intended use also changes the intended quantity.

It doesn't hurt to see what people are actually interested in... of course they can play it on another system, but thats not the point. Most people would be a 1 console gamer if they got all the games they wanted. The fact we have more than one console in the market is because we can't play all the games we want on one system. That forces many people to spend more money they didn't need to in the first place if their console got those games too!

Its not like its gonna really happen, just something to discuss!
