I'm debating with myself if it's going to be Rumble Blast or Professor Layton. Last week Rumble Blast sold 7k, while Layton went into around 50k or more. It also depends if Layton will explode and sell 100-200k on the week before christmas.
I'm going for the moment with Rumble Blast, but keeping Layton at a close second.

No Fire Emblem game with over 300k sales in Japan has ever been localized for the West. Awakening is easily on its way to 500k in the region. Additionally, from past performance of Fire Emblem titles in North America and Europe, we can expect at least 220k and 80k respectively in those regions. That brings us to 800k minimum for awakening. It has potential for much greater sales than that, and I believe it will exceed 1 million eventually.
Taggin' this, and voting for Paper Mario, it's going to kick some ass in Japan, right? right? .....maybe not, but it'll get there.
Paper Mario is actually doing very well in North America (300k so far). In Japan it should do very well (looking at the Comg charts). In Europe; however, I'm not to confident. It should do a million eventually, despite all the hate and negative reviews this game is getting. IMHO, it's worthy of the Paper Mario name.
Just to add, it's been doing very well on the NA eShop (as well as the Pokemon apps).

I haven't seen that much hate for it at all really...

Yeah I get that, they more seem unsettled it's not "real" Paper Mario as opposed to hating on the game. They'll be the minority who do, ofcourse, but they're the minority for a reason.

I think there was a lot more hate for it before it came out. Now that people have had a chance to play the game, the hate seems to be mostly behind us.
