4 million lifetime sounds about right for North America alone. :P

My cousin in Rhode Island has informed me that he will personally purchase 4,032,981 copies of Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon.

Why the extra 32'981?

Is that Rhode Islands pop or something?

1, because Rol said 'more than 4 million.'

2, because I needed the extra 32,981 to make the digital root.......um, never mind.

Yeah, who am I kidding? Rhode Island doesn't have that much people!

New Million Seller! ...sort of! Kid Icarus: Uprising

After some adjustment-related setbacks, Kid Icarus: Uprising is back above the one-million mark. The game reached one million sales in 45 weeks. There isn't much to compare its sales to, since the series hadn't seen the light of day since the early 90s. Nonetheless, the original Kid Icarus for NES sold 1.76 million units in its lifetime. Sales data for Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters for GameBoy are unavailable.

Uprising seems to be slowing down, and is unlikely to reach 2 million sales, although lifetime sales are up in the air. It looks like the game might settle around the 1.2-1.4 million range.

Pokemon Rumble Blast and Professor Layton 5 should make it next week.
