If they ever re-release a Zelda for Wii U, it will most likely be Wind Waker, given it`s more cartooney style.
I don`t see the other two Zeldas being released again... well, probably SS for updated visuals and to give it another chance.

From GC i could see the following being remade or reworked:

Mario Sunshine (with Wii U graphics would look amazing)
Ikaruga(?)
Eternal Darkness
Skies of Arcadia
Wave Race Blue Storm (same as Mario Sunshine)
Donkey Kong games
Baten Kaitos
Luigi`s Mansion
Star Wars games (same as mario Sunshine)

From Wii:

Xenoblade Chronicles
The Last Story
Epic Mickey (?)
Lost in Shadow (?)
and of course, Wii Music!

I think it would be an amazing idea, it would definitely make me consider buying a Wii U if the right HD remasters came out.

I would rather them release GC on the VC eshop. And Sunshine remake for 3DS.

I think some GC games will release on the eshop but most of the big sellers will get retail rereleases. A Sunshine remake/sequel would be awesome on 3DS.

I think everyone would be pretty happy with a Metroid Prime Trilogy HD release.

it would be my third time owning those games but id be fine with that, do u think they would utilize the gamepad in any way or stick with motion controls?

I think they would offer both. Since GC already used a gamepad, there literally wouldn´t be any reason to not include gamepad controls. Who knows, if a HD collection is released retail we might even be able to use the crappy controls from Metroid Prime: Hunters or Kid Icarus: Uprising - stand included :D
