I find it hilarious that a game like "Dollar Dash" is included on the list for multiplatforms, but they/you couldn't include Dragon Quest X on the Exclusives list.
I'm sure that there are other games on PS3 and/or 360 that are missing from the list, but here's just a few known titles missing from the list that are on the Wii U (some are multiplatforms)...
Dragon Quest X
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
Romance of the Three Kingdoms XII
Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2
Sacrilegium
Bit.Trip Presents Runner 2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien
Pier Solar HD
Of course, the point of that list is to show incompleteness relative to current information. Then there's the incompleteness of the current information. The fact that we don't know about a game for the Wii U doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Any of the multiplatform titles that is marked as not coming to the Wii U may indeed be coming.
Sometimes, this is because they have a specific reason not to announce a version alongside the others, such as agreements with MS, Sony, or Nintendo. Other times, it's because development on the Wii U is less guaranteed - that is, they're working on a Wii U version, but it's less ready and they don't want to release a lower quality version (quality having to do with the game experience, not the ability to "run the engine" or stupid stuff like that).
Of course, nowhere near all of the multiplatform titles are going to come to the Wii U. It's not surprising - many of them have been in development for many years.
The biggest hint at incompleteness, though, is the Wii U exclusives list. Let's look at release dates of those games, shall we?
Rayman Legends - February 13
Pikmin 3 - Spring
The Wonderful 101 - Launch Window
Wii Fit U - First half
Game & Wario - Early 2013
Lego City Undercover - Q1
Bayonetta 2 - Uncertain, likely first half
The point? Where's the second half of 2013? Do you really think that there's nothing, even from Nintendo, in the second half of 2013?
One last thing to point out. Thief IV hasn't been confirmed for any platform, and is rumoured to have been pushed to "next-gen consoles" (as of earlier this year), which may or may not include Wii U. It was originally announced in 2009, and we still don't know what it's going to be released for - given this, it's kind of absurd to have it listed on this list at all, any moreso than it would be to, say, list Legend of Zelda for Wii U.
