A lot of western companies have nothing to fear of not being on a Nintendo console. The best option would be to expand to Nintendo, but if technology wise they find it not to call for it then so be it.

Yeah, I know. The third parties always take the side of the other companies.

My point exactly. Its on E3 that we will get loads of game announcements for the new consoles, including the Wii U.
| Turkish said: Some big multiplatform games were announced today, new MGS, new DS. But they're all PCS360. Why not the WiiU? Its a brand new system, said to be by some to be more capable than PS360, so why doesn't these new games have a WiiU version? Its something I don't understand, Dark Souls 2 on WiiU wouldve been a big incentive for me to get it on WiiU. It would've worked awesome with the GamePad I think. What WiiU games are there for 2013 outside Wonderful 101, Pikmin 3 and Bayonetta 2? Another Mario? It seems the biggest multiplatform games releasing next year(starting with Bioshock) are skipping Nintendos new system. |
The Wii U was doomed from the start - small user base, roughly same power as the existing consoles and, unlike the PS3 which can sort of be circumvented, it's always going to be a pain to develop for due to it's instance of having a second screen.
Devs are left with three options:
1) Make a good Wii U port. Issues are that takes a lot of time and money for a very small market (less then 1 mill vs 140 million excluding PC users)
2) Make a meh port where the second screen is used for a pretty crappy function like a permanent map. Considering the architecture of the Wii U and it's performance, this still takes a lot of time and money for a small market
3)The most likely option - don't bother developing for the Wii U and work with the idea that most existing wii U owners will have either a 360 or PS3 already and therefore can buy the game for that platform. Saves time and money for the dev.

Maybe I could answer you if your sentance made sense. I suppose I'll just guess what your actual point was.
Saturn/PSOne/N64
Dreamcast/PS2/Gamecube/Xbox
Wii/X360/PS3
What I am saying is that the Wii U is the least inspiring console out of all of those. Now to check if your either from Guatamala, or under 12 years old...
EDIT: Ok, your 18. You better not be English speaking first language. Oh, and just because so few people can write out proper English these days doesn't excuse it.
