in that logic ps3 is only getting 360 ports as well and vise versa with the exception of halo, uncharted etc . Need for Speed is a game for a vita/ps3/xbox 360/pc. why would you call vita's version a port and not the 360's for example? its the same game released on multiple consoles. same with PS All stars. Add to that LBP, AC : L, and Ragnarok Odyssey (released in the west now). 

By what logic?  Don't be presumptuous here, I'm not talking about Need for Speed or anything like that - BLOPS:D, PASBR, and AC:L all count.  So, let's try to stay on course.  Name the games.  Show me how Vita is getting more games than the 3DS.

BLOPS:D isn't a port.  That's not the discussion here. 

Spurge says games, announced games, and DLC.  I see a lot of ports of announced games.  I wasn't ever referring to BLOPS:D as a port.  This convo is meaningless because you guys are just assuming.  But it's my bad for not being clear and saying I was talking specifically about announced games when I thought about ports.  Not BLOPS or ASSCreed.

Declassified is not a port of anything, not even made by the same people who done any other call of duty games.

Read a bit closer.  BLOPS:D and AC:L are past the "announced" stage.  Obviously I'm not referring to them as ports.

Name some games, bananaking - like I asked you to above.  Because there are a lot of noticeable games that launched for the 3DS in the last two months.  And don't try to weasle your way out by saying  'x 3DS game isn't noticeable because I'm not interested in it".

Also, lol at moving the goalposts to *only* the past two months.  I don't think that will help you much anyway.

Maybe the Vita is struggling because the fanbase only has attention span focused on new games coming out and never look back on what is already available in the sizeable catalog of the PS-Vita?

I mean why did sales for Uncharted - Golden Abyss just dry up after the initial surge of sales at launch.

When Super Mario 3D, Mario Kart 7, New Super Mario Bros 2, and bunch of other 3DS games that have been out for a while continue to sell and sell systems.

Wait what??

I get the opposite impression, I'm still looking for a reason to want a Vita (I can get Persona 4 on PS2, I don't need to buy a $250 system for it).

When I look at the Most Wanted threads I only see two upcoming exclusives (Tearaway and Soul Sacrifice). 3DS has Fire Emblem, Bravery Default, Shin Megami Tensei IV, Dragon Quest VII, and Two Monster Hunters. Square Enix, one of PSP's biggest third party developers, seems to be exclusively helping the 3DS. Capcom has moved PSP's biggest franchise to the 3DS as well.

Except for a bunch of half-ass games (like Call of Duty Declassified), and ports, I see almost nothing coming out on the Vita, and never even hear rumors of big games, but for 3DS I hear just the opposite.

 

What are you guys talking about?
