Exactly what i was thinking, Blops 2 december sales should be higher then last year. Its not right to compare first month NPD sales unless we know how much it sold first week. So better to just wait till December to get the idea.

VGC had 4 Million for the 360 version and 2.3 Million for the PS3 version.

360 Blops ~500k under
PS3 Blops ~600k under

Undertracked by ~1.1 Million units.

.7m drop from last year for the x360 vs a .3m drop for the PS3, find that fascinating.

Blops 1 (360): 4.9MM
Blops 1 (PS3): 3.1MM

Last year NPD.

MW3 (360): 5.2MM
MW3 (PS3): 3.2MM

This year
Blops 2 (360): 4.5MM
Blops 2 (PS3): 2.9MM

360 version had bigger decline because of Halo 4. Its clear that both these FPS shouldnt release at the same month next time around.

I think at 2:20AM it's unlikely I'll be able to survive long enough to see PS3 numbers; if such madness even exists.

So let's see tomorrow. I'm just glad to finally be part of one of these threads as opposed to getting all the news in a 250 post wall.
