N64.......

of course n64,best console ever
so much innovation and great games like mario,donkey kong,starfox and zelda 64,1080,wave racer,golden eye,f zero,killer instinct,
ISS,etc etc
(sadly nintendo is getting worser and worser)

kotor and what else?XIII,stranger,munchs oddysse and maybe grabbed by the ghoulies,
the great halo hype that never reached such pathetic dimension here in europe but showed me that the gamemags are the most corrupt mags in business,the fall of rare and the too early sudden death
of the xbox ,or that fable failed in becoming a grown up zelda and ended as just another molyneux game,are things are not nice to remember.

007 GoldenEye, Super Mario 64, Perfect Dark, Mario Kart 64, Mortal Kombat Trilogy, Zelda Ocarina of Time were all amazing games! Nintendo ftw

N64 - Not even a true question for a TRUE Gamer

Mario64,Zelda OoT,Majoras Mask,REAL Banjo Games,Conker,Mario Party,Paper Mario,SSB,Perfect Dark,Golden Eye,Pokemon Stadium/Snap and some others.

Halo was and never will be enough for a TRUE Gamer
But the soundtrack was pretty nice if you heard it there for the 1st time.
But it wasn't even the best console shooter - Goldeneye and Perfect Dark were superior to Halo.

Can I call it a tie? They were both awesome.

while both were pretty good, I was also a PC gamer, so I have to give it to the N64 because Mario Kart and Golden Eye were 2 games that brought more joy for me with friends more than anything the xbox was able to bring me.

Yes, this is what we need. Nintendo fans battling Microsoft fans. Song fans are becoming more and more overwhelmed as Microsoft and Nintendo fans focus all their energy on us. It would do us some good to let our enemies fight each other for a while. Then, when they are weak....that is when we attack.

They are both pretty equal to me. The main highlights for me:
N64: SSB,Mario 64, mario kart,BANJO, Zelda
Xbox: Mechassault, DnD with friends, Music, Halo 2

I'll go with Xbox, not being a TRUE gamer and all ;)
