I think Nintendo never gives away technical details of their system updates. But obviously it fixed stability of the OS. Some mention that it seems to be a bit faster too.

Glad I opted for a gaming PC instead of a Wii U. Nintendo hasn't really given me any reasons to get excited for it except for a few games that have been announced awhile back like NSMB, Monster Hunter, and Dragon Quest, and to a lesser extent, Pikmin and Wonderful 101. Once those come out along with Smash Bros and Mario Kart, I'll be back on board, but until then, it's PC-Nexus-360 gaming for me.

Well, Nintendo could have advertised the other games for the first quarter... especially Aliens!

Still, it`s not as strong as the HD twins schedule. Hope there`s more games coming.
