Mario and Nintendoland will have legs, the other games won't. This is usually how it works on Nintendo consoles, no reason to think it would change now.
The extremely high attach rate for the Mario game should be alarming to 3rd parties.
It's how it's worked lately, but not how it used to work. In the NES and SNES days I bought lots of 3rd party software. Since the N64 hit, the best 3rd party games have been first on Playstation and now more recently on Playstation and Xbox. Games like Assassin's Creed, COD (with full features), Batman, Final Fantasy, Metal Gear, and so on... these games haven't been on Nintendo consoles for more than a decade. It is not valid to say the 3rd party games won't sell because they didn't in the past because they weren't on the systems in the past. You have to go back to SNES to see a fully supported Nintendo system, and those games did sell.
I do agree that the games (in particular the non-exclusives) won't have the legs of Mario and NintendoLand, but that's because no games do. Nintendo software is extremely popular. Mario could sell 20 million or more. But if the 3rd party games don't sell well I think it's more because a lot of gamers already bought them on another system, not because they are currently on a Nintendo system. I think ZombiU will have decent longevity for an average-quality game since it's an exclusive. I'm hoping the others do decent for late ports. I'd like to see a Nintendo system get a little more mainstream in its content.
