Yep, a lot of them are. This is why you can't trust Metacritic user ratings. There are a LOT of troll accounts who will automatically trash the games that are on the opposite consoles while propping up the ones for. It's a mire of BS now that the trolls are basically doing the equivalent of DoSing the reviews, more or less.

The lowest (MW3) has a 57. If you think those games are twice as good as Declassified, you are messed up.

User reviews on metacritic are so full of trolls and fanboys they're essentially worthless. (Plus it will plummet to like a 3/10 once the trolls outweigh the fanboys)

Despite its low scores, this will probably still sell pretty well thanks to bundles and the power of the COD name, so it's not a total loss.

The Wii versions of the CoD games tend to be the same thing as the HD consoles just with SD assets and a more limited multiplayer (and a few other changes) but for the most part they are the same game.

This is a completely separate development that has very little to do with the full game itself.

Ah, I see, my mistake. 

As for the review scores versus PSP/DS CODs, I imagine reviewers are applying a higher standard to this because they believe that with the Vita's higher processing power and dual analogue sticks, we should be getting a console-quality COD experience, whereas the last gen portable CODs were reviewed more as spin-offs.
