Clue for my #12 - "patients are reminded not to die in the corridors"; 'the squits' and rat infestations make this hands down the funniest game I have ever played.

Hey!! There it is.

You weren't kidding when you said it would be much higher up than it was in my list.

:)

It's what single handed me got me into simulation and management games.  Quite a feat.  Plus, it's still so playable and enjoyable even today!

#12 - ?

This game looks like it starts a franchise, but it actually does have a predecessor.

All I can think of is Populous: The Beginning?

13) Mass Effect 2 - I liked the first Mass Effect and there was not much wrong with it. After playing ME2 though i felt that almost everything was improved including the combat and level design. The pacing of the game was excellent too. Most of the games i don't bother with side missions that much but in this one they were just too fun and even meaningful to the central story. Some would complain that some of the rpg's elements were lost compared to the original and they would be right. One just more or less play it as a shooter with dialogue/decision choices but for those seeking bit of customization could find that stuff within the game. Also the mini game within where you mine for rescources to upgrade your weapons and ship was one of the most fun ever. It is safe to say that i mined it dry.

46- This game was the first RPG I played outside of Final Fantasy 1,2 and 3. From what I've read about this game, it's rather hated. But I liked it... a lot.

Hint -One of the earliest, if not the first role playing game for the Playstation one.

Wild Arms?

Hint for #12 - The first 3D outing of a 2D game from 1989.

38. This game almost wasn't localized outside of Japan because Nintendo thought no one would be interested. Good thing NoA changed their mind. Fairly old game. A Spinoff franchise featuring Mario. This game was so popular that it actually got Nintendo to localize more traditionally Japan only franchises. It's a game I'm confident everyone who reads this has played.

Incorrect Guesses: Rayman Origins
, Metroid: Other M
Correct Answer: Metroid Fusion

33. Most people often see me debate why this game is inferior to one higher on my list. Many think I dislike this game. It's a platform specific game which has a rival on another platform.

27. This game looks and plays like Miami Vice (The Movie). A Sandbox game.

Correct Answer: Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

21. Revived the survival Horror franchise, but sequels to this game have failed to achieve such critical aclaim, and review scores.

31. Since this game concluded the trilogy, the next interation, which was made by a new developer saw substantially less hype, and potentially killed the franchise. The next game in the series is unreleased

30. EA-FU. Because of EA this game wasn't as good as it could have been. Not a property of EA (EA screwed up someone elses game).

15 - Lost Odyssey.

14 - Front Mission.

Suikoden? Breat of Fire 3? No everyone loves those series

I can't think of any PS1 series which people don't like....

Persona 1, Vandel Hearts, Wild Arms?

Or maybe you mean Final Fantasy Anthology (People aren't huge fans of Final Fantasy V)?

I reccomend all Stretegy RPG lovers to pick this game up. Amazing port of an unlocalized SNES game, really gives Fire Emblem and Ogre Battle a run for their money.

13. The game is known for giving the player the power of decision, in order to alter the outcome of the game and many levels, but in the end it boils down to good or bad moves. This entry is the second in the series.

12. A Golden Crown to RPG's, this game tells a story lost through time.
