In my time with a Nexus 7, I was nothing but impressed with that device. It's a powerhouse for that price and was smooth as silk when I used it.

So you were proven wrong and then default back to "better RAM".

RAM is not created equally. iOS doesn't have nearly the memory footprint of Android and therefore runs faster and smoother on "inferior hardware". If you don't need the horsepower to run the OS, why would you complain about less RAM, even though performance is better? More RAM is just another item to suck down battery power.

(note: I'm not bashing the Nexus 10, I think it's a fine tablet but every review is trumpeting the iPad 4... as an iPad 3 and iPhone 5 owner, I can only imagine what the A6 processor can do in that tablet).

All those specs favout nexus except 3g which is useless, yet I was proven wrong? And ram is very important. Also where did I say ram was the only thing? Nexus has more features, better screen. And thats for much cheaper price. Not only did you NOT prove anything, the nexus is a beast and cheaper then the apple product.

 

Where is your proof Android requires a bigger footprint?

You forget secure OS that functions 100% perfect 99% of the time, easy to understand and use and an unbeatable app store. That's why I like their products. Android phones have better specs, but don't work nearly as well. I'd rather pay for the secure functionality.

Then you have a different nexus 7 then everyonbe else and out of all reviewers.......yeah I dont believe you. Responsiveness and fast performance is a strong suit of the nexxus.

"not believing" that other people may have a different oppinion of yours is kind of weird to say the least.

Its not 2009 anymore, this is no longer the case.Galaxy, nexus and more all work as good if not betetr then any apple product, thans for proving him correct.

Falise information is not opinion. What he said is simply false, numerous reviews, pub;lications all show that, there is opinion and then there is lies. Anyone who has used a nexus know what he said is total bollocks.

The iPad 4 handily whomps all over the Nexus 10 in every GPU benchmark.

It's not hard to Google around and find developers talking about the much larger footprint of Android compared to iOS. iOS has always been very savvy at memory management.
