I'm always the same with these kinds of things.

I will walk into the store on launch day, ask for my copy, and walk out (after paying, of course).

I never understood why people preorder. There is ALWAYS enough software stock. There has yet to be one time where I have not been able to acquire a copy of what I wanted on release day.

its happened to me ive been searching for SMG since it launched and i still havent gotten it

where do u live? It seems like very store around me has plenty

^u seriously can't find galaxy? wow!

Yeah, that deal was pretty great. I also pre-ordered MP3:C that day, and galaxy a week before it came out. Those 9 games out of ~ 30 gamecube games were the only ones that qualified for that particular deal. I got rid of the rest of them when they had another promotion......and that netted me $300+ in store credit, most of which I still have (bought RE4 and FE:RD on boxing day.......sort of like your Black Friday).

Why don't you just order it online?

i pre-ordered mario galaxy back in september. i got there an hour early and saw at least 10 people come try and

buy it and get rejected because all the copies were reserved. the exact same thging happened for assasins

creed. i was at ebgames when assasins creed came out and all the copies were reserved. (i was not buying i just

happened to be at ebgames when it came out.... WII RULES!!) i dont know what games you just walked in and

got but they sure werent very big games. guitar hero 3 you still cant get that without pre-ordering. and its

been out since september.  so next time you use the word "ALWAYS" think before you use it.

p.s i pre-ordered smash bros in july. :)

I am sure if they have already sold their initial allocation Nintendo may just send a few more their way.... they still have 2 months... and it is soft ware.... SSBB will sell OVER 1 million launch week US... Pokemon did it.. I see no reason this game won't.

psn- tokila

add me, the more the merrier.

Can someone try to count how many SSBB threads we have? I think 30% of all Vgchartz threads from 3 months back are SSBB related and people complain it's not getting enough hype?!

I pre-ordered my copy at GameStop back in August when I pre-ordered SMG, so I'm covered. :P

Amazon as a source? For shame FishyJoe. :(

when we pre-ordered, we put 5 dollars on the game.   LOL
