The newest proffessor layton game has reached retail after all this long wait.What's your opinion so far?Storywise?Puzzles?The new visual changes?Do you believe it takes the top spot among the other layton puzzling adventures?

I haven't had a chance to play it yet, but it looks excellent. I won't vote until I do play it, but so far my favourite is Unwound Future.

I'll be shocked if it's better than diabolical box (or Unwound Flute), but at the same time, quite pleased.
It has potential, the trailer and setting looks great. But trailer alone, Layton 6 (the next one) looks godly.

From what I have played (I'm in chaptet 5 or 6), the game is very solid. The new art style is very fitting for the game and the 3D effect is also good.
The music is the best of the Layton that I have played (Curious Village and the Spectre's Call) and the interactivity with the locations have been improved. You don't need to tap like crazy, like in the previous games, since they highlight the objects you can interact with.
The story is also very good and a huge improvment from the Specter's Call.
I also find the characters very likable, espacially the Masked Gentleman, he seems like a nice man.
