So why doesn't it look like it so far?

360 is the least likely system to grab Wii owners. Just look at the marketshare data and it is easy to see that the PS3 has benefited more from the Wii's decline than the 360. That and the Wii U is launching this month. The 360 will barely see any sales from that market, at least not in a decent marketshare comparison.
Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(

Most Wii owners this Christmas are most likely going to move to the WiiU rather than the Xbox360 in my opinion.
This is the Game of Thrones
Where you either win
or you DIE
PS3+PC is the way to go.
Best Exclusives on the PS3
Best Multiplats on PC,awesome steam library and better Multiplats on PS3 from games you can't get on PC.
Sorry tell me the reason to get a 360 now...For Kinect? For Halo and CoD Mappacks?Oo

Give people a reason to ge a Ps3 this year ??
Because i dont see any major exclusives for it and the online stills pretty average.
Anyway, i already have a Ps3.
It looks like both consoles are having natural declines, but nothing big like 3DS had on the DS or DS on gameboy adv. Point being sales are not really affected by competitors successors atm.
This is too late. It seems obvious that the majority of Wii owners have already gone to another system be it 360/Kinect, PS3 or much more likely iOS/Android.
New stats reveal 65% of time spent on tablets (33% of time on smartphones) is spent playing games and that makes iOS/Android Major players in the casual gaming market. In fact, considering the volume of touch devices out there now, it probably makes Apple and Samsung the dominate players.

Not everyone agrees Sony exclusives are amazing. I own GOW3, GT5, KZ 2 and 3, UC 1,2 and 3, R & C TOD and Heavy Rain. So far.
The only ones worth shouting about imo are GOW3 ( amazing game ). Uncharted 1 ( 2 is way overated ) and R&C TOD. The rest are all pretty average. Just ok games. Good visuals but ok games. Well Heavy Rain I thought was pretty good for a point and click adventure.

Someone who likes Uncharted 1 more than 2? Good show. 2 obviously had the better graphics, more characters, better locations, but it also had a worse story and they over used ledge correction (unnatural in air accelleration). Uncharted 3 on the other hand, masterpiece of the series.

When people ask me about which won would I recommend (since I have both) - I recommend the 360 with Kinect over the Wii. It has much of the same casual / exercise appeal but in my opinion just does it better. Now it will be nice to have a nice HD signal from the WiiU but with the same controllers, balance board, I just don't think the that a tablet will add that much appeal to the general public.
I think Microsoft should really push some of the kids games - Sesame Street, National Geographic, Disney (Needs a Dora) - they could really be the one the kids want for the holidays. They already have the hard core with Halo 4, Assassin's Creed and Call of Duty.
Plus, their financing plan might really help too.
If I was Nintendo I would be nervous. It seems like a nice system – but for me loses on the ‘Wow’ factor. (An personally loses heavily that it doesn’t upscale the older games.)
