Might be in direct competition but a lot of the wii userbase want mario. Can't get that on 360.

I can see the majority of Wii owners just upgrading to the Wii U.

Sony also said a PR statement that they wanted the Wii crowd. Except here MS actually has something.

More appropriate title would be 'Xbox360 aims to capture Wii owners that missed out on a Wii U this holiday'.

You can see my signature, but let me also say this, I bought into the Kinect, the 360 certainly had some games I was interested in, though not nearly enough since I do most all my FPS gaming on a PC that the 360 nor any console could ever dream to hold a candle to, but I thought to myself, the kids would enjoy it. At one point the thing sat there unused for 3-4 months. The Kinect won't do anything it hasn't already done, it was quite disappointing, I sold it to fund part of my Wii U purchases.

wouldnt they just buy Wii U? And if 360 hasnt won over Wii owners by now, their not going too.

Wii U will capture Wii owners

You would think that Wii U would impact sales of 360 and PS3 this holiday. Does not look like it so far.
