So how is it not popular with the hardcore? You think all these housewives are playing Zelda all of a sudden? Or RE?

OK so you said: Wii is popular among hardcore gamers. I get it.

So why wouldn't the games you stated come to Wii, if there's a market for them? Graphics alone don't sell games (look at Lair, Heavenly Sword). Developers make games to make money, if their goal is to make incredible graphics, it's because they think they can make money of it. Once they realize they can make (more) money with Wii graphics they will do so.

It will happen, maybe Resident Evil: Dead Aim 2 will by next RE instalment on the Wii.

Would be worth Capcom's while. So long as they do the wii version as its own thing. But I really just don't see it happening. Hope for the Wii owners it does. Their is hope though capcom is the least biased company they release multi whenever they can. I just dont expect a game made for the hd hardware coming to the Wii.

I'm actually very glad Capcom isn't changing anything. Now maybe the hot topics section will be less cluttered with "Game X should come to Wii" threads.

I don't get it. Is it just that Wii owners are cheap, and don't want to buy a PS3 or 360, cuz lots of games that get announced for these systems always get a petition for the Wii. just buy another system. That's what you have to do in order to play all of the games you want. I bought an original XBOX just to play Halo, for no other reason beyond that. And of course, like the rest of the world didn't have money for it, but if you want something, you must sacrafice for it. If you guys want Orange Box, or Street Fighter IV, RE 5, etc., then buy a PS3 or 360. :(

Now if we had 250-500K petitioner's Capcom might take notice.
33K is not really a big deal. If people want RE5 on the Wii, buy RE4:Wii Edition and RE: Umbrella Chronicles if you haven't or gift it to people who haven't.

If you want to reach atleast 100-200k, you should register on atleast 100 popular gaming forums and made such topic. Though, maybe you will get banned forever on those forums.. =)) so you can use proxy. =]
It will take you about 1-2 days. But that`s is how 1 man can change things. =))
