No. But games like ZombiU, Bayonetta 2, and MH are exactly how you get the hardcore crowd.

Their console is a joke.. Sorry, but anyone that offers such little memory in 2012 is a idiot. We offer the use of external HDD's... Cool bro, except most people won't do it. And external HDD's are a pain in the ass, lets be honest for a second. They don't even throw in cross game chat, which is hilarious. Sony stated it was a mistake not being able to do it for the PS3, and with that you know the PS4 will have it. But yet "next generation" tech won't have something that is old feature wise this gen? Laughable. The more I hear from Nintendo, the more I hate the console. Looks like another Nintendo console I will never buy. Way to focused on casual gamers, and children yet again.
....And cool, it's getting some 3rd party support right now. Till the PS4/XB8 come out anyways! Then back to the sideboard selling only Mario games and shovelware.

I can't stand this argument. I already own a 500 gig external, and I think most people do own externals if only for backup purposes. Why would I want to pay more for my console to have a built-in HDD when I could just use my external? And if my space runs out in a few years, I'll probably be able to buy a new HDD that's double the size of my current one for half the price I paid for it.
Most Wii U owners probably won't even use the 8 gigs in the standard model.
"hardcore gamers" already know about the Wii-U and what games will be released at launch.
But to be successful they need the "Soccer moms" beacuse lets face it "they" outnumber the "hardcore gamers" by a long shot and have more money to spend
