You know, if the Wii U had launched before the AC3/CoD releases, then I wouldn't doubt that 4-games-per-console number, but I think a good number of people aren't going to wait on those titles, even if they plan to buy a Wii U.

Alot of that will come from NSMBU and Nintyland high attach rate though. Also the WiiU has plenty of exclusives they aren't getting. Like Lego and Scribblenauts, add the multiplats and the WiiU could pull it off. Most of it is coming from the exclusives though, Pikmin 3 and Wii Fit U will help.

How many Wii U games are coming out in that same timeframe? 

I'm pretty sure Reggie said something like over 50 I think. ZombiU has plenty of bundles and so does MonHunU. With all those bundles lol, I don't see how atleast an attach rate of 3 isn't done.

Oh, I thought they were more in the 25-30 range perhaps. If so, that would indicate 1m sales per game on average. So basically impossible. If they truly are 50, then the average is less than 500k, so it's more likely.

On Nintendo's site, it has 40 games and 5 eshop.

Wii jumps clear ahead of the Vita.
I thought the Wii price cut wasn't until the 28th, is this leap due to the holiday effect + Skylanders + JD4?

Skylanders Giants on the Wii outsells PS3 and 360 versions combined, and Skylanders 1 on Wii in its 53rd week outsells the opening week of either one of the HD versions of Giants.

I assumed that a bigger chunk of that audience had left the Wii for the 360 by now.

All games release in Europe with only two days, and all games do worse on their second week than their first "week".
