Knew adjustments wouldnt be far away...

This is the first adjustment after the financial results, Nintendo's tables and NPD if I remember correctly. I'd been wondering why nothing had been adjusted so far.

Yeah they're always doing this in the first 2 weeks, for as long as I've been participating in the Countdown.

Our procedure is as follows:

We stick to the original numbers until January at which point the winner are declared on the original numbers. This is more fun than having weekly adjustments throwing everything off.

Also in January we can start looking at the final numbers and a final winner is declared after all adjusments, this will probably be done in October of next year before the new Countdown.

My Excel sheet allows me to easily switch between Original and Final numbers. Looking at the adjusted numbers now yo_john117 won both weeks.

WTF? I've never seen adjustments this big before! I wouldn't call them adjustments as I would recalculations. Everything before was just horribly wrong!

Yea, me too! How did PS3 sales go down in week 2? I'm 60k over now and before I was 5k under. Went from 35k off to 130k off for X360, 40k off to 60k off for Wii, but this did help my 3DS since I forgot about Animal Crossing. Went from 55k off to 25k off.

Wow, DS isn't doing too bad now, maybe it can still top PS2.
