That's not actually true, he just doesn't want to cut it by 2B, but that's a problem in and of itself. We need that cut.

It's scheduled to be cut, so if he doesn't cut it, it's AS IF he is increasing spending. It's a little wordy but yeah. Just be safe than sorry.

Still, virtually identical to increasing spending.

Oh but I also love that last debate he said Obama wanted to cut military in half, referring to the "off the cliff" cuts coming in jan. '13 that HIS PARTY forced liberals to sign in order to extend the deficeit.
