I love my PS3 and I love a lot of the stuff on it.

But as a real favorite there can only be Demon's Souls. There has yet to be a more seminal game on any console (yes, Dark Souls was NOT as good as Demon's Souls in some aspects in my opinion), with a more immersive world and with greater gameplay. Demon's Souls is the epitome of what you can do with a minimum of characters and story details, and a maximum of care for your world and your internal consistency.

Again, I've loved most of what the console has offered in these past years...but Demon's Souls is the PS3 equivalent of Metro 2033 for me - which I consider the best shooter this generation -.

console exclusive game or franchise means that it has to be an exclusive franchise and if there is only one game and no franchise this one game (heavy rain/demon's souls) has to be exclusive.

but the problem isn't that you didn't understand me or that i didn't explain it 100% correct because you could have still said mgs, the problem is that you really believe that someone who plays on his xbox or someone who plays halo shouldn't open such a thread because you can't expect that such a guy knows what's good or not.

I find several things wrong with your comments.

Demon's Souls is not now Multiplatform, Dark Souls is an entity in its self and to be honest, doesn't hold the same charm the original had as far as story(at least to me). Sony owns the IP of Demon's Souls and can possibly bring it back at any time. Dark didn't sell any better than Demon, so maybe they won't be hesitant to go back to exclusivity.....its definitely easier.
God of War, never liked it. I might be in a minority but I do not get off on random violence and gore. My violence needs strong purpose and I hate it when he randomly kills bystandards for no reason. This is why I fell in love with Heavenly Sword where it was like playing GoW but without the sensless violence and a much better mythos(original).
