Numbers for Black Ops 2 and Halo 4 and AC3 seem low still.

Really? o.O

I thought these pre-order numbers were good XD

Pretty sure the actual sales figures will be a lot higher.

In case you didn't follow the recent weeks. BenVTrigger (who works at a Gamestop store) said three weeks ago that pre-orders for the 360 versions of Halo 4, Black Ops and Assassin's Creed are over 1 million. And not even including other retailers.

Ahh! That is great news! Is that the PC version included (for AC3 and CoDBO2) or just the console versions?

he said they are all above one million for 360 alone^^

Because those games usually sell the most (casuals outnumber the actual gamers) or should I say sold the most on the Wii (Just Dance / Wii Sports for an example).

I agree with you, but I wouldn't say that many casuals would pre-order games like those mentioned.

Aside from that, though, there's just too much stuff on the bottom end of this chart that is flat-out wrong.

For example: Journey Collector's Edition came out in August in the US.  Angry Birds 3DS is already out (as least, you can buy it right now from amazon.com).  NCIS 3D is already out.  God Eater isn't coming out in the USA - they got the Burst edition instead and it came out last year.  Cyberbike is hard to find any information about but it appears it released last year as well.

All this stuff needs clearing out really.  I don't mind if we get loads of smaller games with minimal pre-orders at the bottom, it's just better than seeing stuff cluttering up the chart that is never going to move because it already came out more than a year ago :l

the whole top 5 seems undertracked by quite a bit to me.

On topic: Have the Forza Horizon reviews given it a sneaky boost?

Medal of Honor really needs to get its act together. I've actually heard it's pretty decent this year, but these pre-orders are not (for a franchise of that calibre).

Persona 4 seems to have slowed down to a trickle, boo.

AC3 Liberation seems to have sped up a bit, not long for it to go to really pull things together though.

Also Overstrike. Lol. Sneaking into the chart with +30 pre-orders. But yes, it's called Fuse now. Update plox!

Similar to the PS3 edition of The Last Remnant in Japan ^^

Tried to fix the list as good as I could

Thanks Barozi.  I wasn't having a go at you by the way - I realise you're just posting the list, and I appreciate you doing it because otherwise I wouldn't even be able to see the numbers for anything past 20.

It's just a tad frustrating because I like the numbers of this site and it seems like there's some really easy things they could do to make charts such as this a bit better.

Wth is XCOM doing there still?

There's actually two X-Com games coming. The Firaxis Turn Based Strategy version is out now, but there's a first person shooter one being created by 2K Games as well using the same franchise. No idea when that one will be out, but apparently some people are eager for it by pre-ordering despite that.
