nah there were just some rumors around it. I'm sure the vita will get a LBPK game..but most probablly after the release of the console version. 

Same goes for Type-0. LOT of sources have been saying it's being developed for vita for a while now. Chances are SE is waiting for the system to have a relatively big enough user base to release it. I'm guessing holidays next year.

Since we are on rumors etc I should also mention that it has been said even R* are working on a vita title. 

That way the system will have a pretty good install base to push the game's sales. At least that's how I see it. Maybe even have a AC:L like bundle for it. At this point I don't care even if it goes multiplat...I just wanna play the game

(I think Rockstar will make something for Vita. What it will be though, I have no idea. San Andreas Stories made by Rockstar Leeds is a pipedream - something from Rockstar London seems more likely.  However, there's a significant lapse of time since that tweet, which isn't great)
