Forums - General - Best Gleek Moments!

I am might be the only person on this site that is an adament Glee fan and am proud of it. The show is down right hilarious most of the time with an insane attention to detail. I was already a huge fan of Ryan Murphy's with Nip Tuck and will follow him in whichever shows he makes.

Glee though has created some of the most crazy funny moments for me. So many perfect zippy one liners. I would like to hear what are someone else's favorite moments of this show.

I will start this off with one I just remembered as I rewatch the series from the beginning.
Season 1, Ep.2
Emma:Rachel....did you just throw up?
Rachel:No
Emma:.....You missed the toilet.
Rachel: The girl who was throwing up before me left that. I tried but I guess I don't have a gag reflex.
Emma:Hmmm, one day when you are older that will turn out to be a gift.....LETS HAVE A LITTLE CHAT OK?!

I died laughing the first time I heard this.

I feel like a lot of people don't know the original slang term for gleek....

I really enjoy watching the show aswell and there were plenty of hilariously funny moments throughout the 2 seasons I've watched up till now. But sadly I didn't memorize any of them - need to rewatch the show aswell someday :).

ah yea just one thing: "grilled cheesus"

I forgot all about how funny some of the earlier material was as well. Mostly whenever Sue was on screen, we were in for a treat. Then it became Sue,Brittany, and Santana were complete comic relief in different styles.

Sue after watching the Cheerios perform,"....SLOPPY! FREAKSHOW! BABIES!!!!"

Or Santana's infamous cry face after the club jumps on her for being a bitch,"I just try to tell people what I really think....that they SUCK! No one gets it, no one gets me *sob*"

Brittany:"Did you know Dolphins are just gay Sharks?"

Thats kind of the idea, anyone who is even slightly invested in the show would know they refer to the fanbase as Gleeks. If you didn't you probably wouldn't care enough to add to this discussion anyway.

Have you ever seen it? Many form a downright hatred for it and have never watched an episode, not to say thats you. Just wondering.

I know some of there fans call themselves that.  However there was a slang term for it that existed well before the show released.  It'd be like if the Cleveland Indians we hitting so well they said "Our teams bats are so Hot we're calling our fans the "Cleveland Steamers".     Fans may call themselves that... still has another meaning.

As for the show... seen quite a few episodes.  First season was the best... after a while couldn't bring myself to watch it anymore due to the likely unintentional but extremely prevelent racism.   Seems like the non white cast members rarely get episodes dedicated to them, and when they do it seems soley related to things involving their race.

Cracked does an ok job explaining it.

It's a great show and the music is awesome, but I stopped watching after the third season.

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

HATE GLEE WITH ALL MY HEART. But I watch it and I cry because of feelings and oh my god.

I only watch it for Chris Colfer and Lea Michele.

Edit: I wrote a heart and it didn't post after I wrote "The best part was probably when Klaine kissed or when Kurt got into Vouge"

I watch it now and then.
Season 4 so far have been extremely dissapointing

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)
